Personal data processed
The following data is processed through the contact and showroom appointment form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The subject you choose and the content of your message
- Company name, profession, country and city (optional)
- The address of the page on this site where you opened the form, and the product you asked about
- The IP address and browser information your browser sends when you submit the form
- Date and time of submission
Purposes of processing
- To respond to your contact, project and showroom appointment requests
- To get in touch with you about your request and to prepare a quote
- To direct your request to the right person according to its subject, product and region
- To prevent misuse of the form and automated submissions
- To fulfil our legal obligations
Legal basis
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the Law, on the following legal grounds: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; the legitimate interest of the data controller; and the explicit consent you give in the form.
Method of collection and retention
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the form on the website and is stored in Hattena’s database. It is kept until your request is concluded and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation; when that time expires, it is deleted or anonymised.
Transfer
Where necessary to fulfil your request, your data is shared only with the hosting and email infrastructure providers whose services we use; and, when a legal obligation arises, with the competent public bodies and institutions. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law,
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damage if you suffer loss due to processing in breach of the Law
