How we work
Measurement
The installation area is measured on site; the floor, the light and the level of use are noted.
Design and model
A pattern, colour and texture proposal is prepared and modelled digitally inside the space.
Sample
A small-scale sample is made; texture, colour and edge finish are seen and felt, then approved.
Production and installation
The carpet made to the approved sample is delivered to the space; wall-to-wall carpet and stairs are installed on site.
Specification and documents
If your specification asks for a document such as a fire classification or a use class, our sales team will give you the document status for each collection in writing.
